Pipe CCTV Inspection

 
Pipe CCTV (closed circuit television) inspection is using a remote control crawler with advanced camera built in to inspect and photograph the pipe condition. Thru the visual we can capture image and identify the Pipe Rust, Encrustation, Debris, Hole, Cracks and so on.
After collecting the data and photo from the inspection, this information will be used for pipe evaluation according to the pipeline rehabilitation standard in Hong Kong .

CCTV endoscopic detection process 
 

Step 1: Plug-release the crew and gas pipelines, water blocked tube after pumping out the water.

¡@¡@Pipe sonar inspection is a method to inspect the defect of crack, deform, silt, etc. we can identify the type of silt through sonar image, with which we can map the silt profile diagram drawing. Therefore, it can provide visual and credible basis for maintenance of pipelines.

Pipe Rehabilitation and Replacement  

 

With the development of economy and urbanization, many old underground pipelines have been broken due to the activity from the surface for a long period of time. So these pipes need to be repaired or be totally replaced. Usually it is quite impossible for maintenance workers to dig a large hole and replace the old pipe with a new one in the downtown area. And if we do so, it may take up too much space, time, destroy green field, cause the traffic jam and may affect the other underground facilities. We can use Trenchless Rehabilitation Method to solve this problem. These technology are imported from overseas, we also have various options for customers such as Spiral Wound Lining, Spot Rehabilitation, CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe), Pipe Bursting methods and so on.

                           Spiral Wound Lining Renovation
 
The spiral renovation system consists of a ribbed plastic strip, which is wound to form a continuous pipe and then installed in a defective pipeline. The inner wall of the repaired pipeline is smoother and its capacity of flowing is better than ever. This method required no-dig to the ground, it is time and space saving for this solution.

Spot Rehabilitation

 
 

Guided by the CCTV camera system vehicle, we use the self-invented rehabilitation device to repair the partial defection to restore the lining. It is suitable for pipe with diameter of 800mm and below which is impossible for man to go down.

CIPP Rehabilitation

 
 

CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) rehabilitation technique consisting of the insertion of a flexible tube of fibrous matrix, which is filled by an thermosetting resin, into a water main, which produces a structural pipe when cured.

Pipe Bursting

 
 

Pipe bursting is a technique for replacing pipes by breaking them open from within, at the same time a new pipe is pulled in behind the bursting tool. This can be applied to replace the old ceramic, concrete, eternit, plastic or cast iron pipelines. We can replace the existing old pipe to the same diameter or 150% larger.
